Delivery and Parking:
On Friday Entrance to the hall is from 2 pm against payment of a deposit via gate 9 (Messedamm) possible. In front of the hall you can unload your goods (up to max. 2 hours) and must leave the fairgrounds. You will get your deposit back while leaving. Entrance to the loading area in front of the hall is only by 10pm possible.
Saturday and Sunday Entrance to the pavilion 11/2 is via gate 9 (Messedamm). There is parking at the hall available. Parking tickets for Saturday and Sunday are on sale at the information point in the NUMISMATA hall. Only 2-days tickets are possible, price € 33,- incl. 19 % VAT for two days. Public free parking is in front of the pavilion 11 in the Masurenallee ( near Radio Tower ).

Setup times:
Setup work on stands may be performed on Friday afternoon from 02:00 p.m. Deviations from this provision
are possible only after early consultation with the NUMISMATA organisation.
Admission for Exhibitors:
Saturday from 07:00 a.m.
Sunday from 07:30 a.m.
Professional dealers – from 07:30 a.m. on both fair days
Visitors – from 09:30 a.m.
Security room:
A security room is available to exhibitors for the storage of valuables. The order for guarding your materials
can be placed on delivery, on Friday from 12:00 a.m. and on Saturday at the end of the trade fair from 05:00 p.m.
Your items must be collected by 09:00 a.m. the following day.
The fee for a deposit with no insurance cover, i.e. simply with the security service, is € 35.00 per delivery incl.
19 % VAT per night. The fee for a deposit with insurance cover (optional) is an additional € 0.80 per € 1000.00
or part thereof incl. 19 % VAT, from a minimum insured sum of € 50,000.00. It therefore costs a basic storage
fee of € 35.00 plus insurance (from € 40.00) incl. 19 % VAT per night.
